PRINT TO PRODUCT PROCESS
Please note, both the portfolio of designs and product range are expansive and ever changing. Look out for updates in the online store and our 'Collections' &' Limited Edition' pages.
Subscribed members have exclusive access to our full catalogue and previews of upcoming designs before publication.
If you wish to request a specific print or personalized product, please send a message to contact@creativesoulpublications.com. Based on the request, a price quote, mockup and timeline for production will be sent back to you for approval.

Production: Fulfillment of products is provided by well known, established, global scale print on demand companies. They are responsible for printing designs on products, the inventory (i.e. mugs, totebags, notebooks), packaging, shipping, tracking deliveries and processing refunds, exchanges or replacements.
Feedback by our customers is essential to product quality. Your feedback will decide whether we continue to collaborate with the same companies or look for new ones. We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

It is normal that slight color variations exist between how images appear on devices such as a laptop, tablet or phone screen with the physical, printed product. However, through frequent sampling, we strive to ensure accuracy and quality of the end product.

SHIPPING POLICY
​Shipping is worldwide and available for most locations. Shipping rates, fees and delivery times vary dependent on location and product processing times.
Subscribed members always enjoy FREE SHIPPING on minimum orders of $25. However, everyone benefits from our low flat rate fees, frequent special sales, discounts and ongoing promotions.
Our E-Commerce store uses integrations and Dropshipping. When you make a purchase, the order is automatically forwarded to the applicable fulfillment POD company. They directly ship to you and provide estimated delivery times and tracking information. Please note, POD companies use their own 3rd party suppliers over which we have no control. However, rest assured we are using the best companies currently available in the industry.

Any issues with product quality, requests for refunds, exchanges or replacements will be processed directly with our POD partners. Please note, they request photos be uploaded in order to provide a quick and easy resolution.
